I'm proud to be a part of the IRCF Team. My goal is to see that each athlete's experience is safe, challenging, educational, and fun!

I joined CrossFit to build strength while training for a half marathon. I had no idea what a new world awaited. The mental component to CrossFit is something I particularly value. The fortitude it takes to overcome a fear, or to push through a grueling WOD builds confidence both in and out of the box.
