Skillfully programmed 60-minute classes that incorporate high intensity interval training, focusing on bodyweight movements and strength training through the use of dumbbells, but without complex barbell movements and advanced gymnastics.

 

We offer morning classes on

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00am.

Evening classes are held on

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:45pm.

Open gym is available on Sundays at 10:15am
