Revolution Fitness Programs
Thoughtfully programmed 60-minute classes that incorporate high intensity interval training and a variety of movements including gymnastics, power lifting and Olympic weightlifting.
60-minute classes specifically programmed towards improving and refining weightlifting technique to compliment NCFIT training. These classes are included in your NCFIT membership and are held weekly on Fridays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 9am.
Skillfully programmed 60-minute classes that incorporate high intensity interval training similar to NCFIT, focusing on bodyweight movements and strength training through the use of dumbbells, but without complex barbell movements and advanced gymnastics.
